我们于2008年订购贵司一台CJ580T/CR6C/100A/500型轮胎模具火花机出口到伊朗，贵司张何伟曾经去过伊朗安装调试；
这台设备在2009年曾经出现过故障码的问题，当时按照贵司的指令操作以后，解决了问题，而且贵司当时说，这个故障码的失效问题以后再也不会出现了。
但是现在这个问题又出现了。请见附件照片。机器显示出错（红灯），,看来机器需要一个新的代码了。机器目前无法运转，只有在绿灯状态下才可以运转。
客户现在很着急，请尽快答复我们如何解决，以及解决的步骤1、2、3、谢谢!盼复！

Please see below your e-mail from 8 years ago concerning problem of code validity we had in our CNC spark machine. This is to inform you that we have the same situation now and we receive an error (red light) as shown in attached photo. It seems we need a new code again.
Could you please check and send us instruction how we can remove this error red light in order to be able to work with the machine. Please be noted we can work with the machine only in case we have the green light.
